Harvard’s front door opens into adjoining dining room and living room areas—now a favorite place for private huddles with visiting family members—and a newly constructed sunroom just off the big den has become an equally popular location for residents’ conversations and board games, for quiet visits with families, or just for enjoying the neighborhood’s plentiful bird population flitting between the birdbath and flower gardens. Our earliest residents, in fact, showed such interest in them that Louisiana birdlife is now the theme of framed art throughout the home.
Bath time has become a favorite event at Harvard thanks to one newly improved “roll-in” shower in one bathroom and a new spa-style “walk-in” soaking tub in another.
